FormulAI is an office productivity assistant that turns a plain-language request into an Excel or Google Sheets formula, an SQL query or a Python script, with a short explanation and a pro tip.

The service is provided “as is”, for informational purposes. It does not replace a technical audit or accounting, financial or legal advice.

Without an account, access is limited to 3 generations per day, counted in your browser's local storage. A free account raises the limit to 15 generations per day and unlocks history and favorites.

We may adjust these quotas without notice to keep the service stable and to prevent abuse.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign-up and for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity performed from your account is attributed to you.

You can request deletion of your account and related data at any time through the support page.

You may not use FormulAI to generate unlawful content, bypass security measures, automate bulk requests, scrape the service, or infringe third-party rights.

We may suspend an account in case of clear breach of these rules.

The FormulAI interface, brand and code remain our property. The code generated at your request is yours: you may use it freely, including commercially.

AI-generated output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every formula, query or script before running it on real data.

We cannot be held liable for data loss, lost profits or indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

These terms may change; the online version prevails. They are governed by French law, with jurisdiction at the publisher's registered venue.
